Is Agile here to stay as the best way for Cybersecurity teams to plan and manage their work, or is Agile dead? This session aims to be a candid discussion about selecting the most effective project management methodology—Agile, Traditional, or Hybrid—based on the specific needs and dynamics of your cybersecurity team. Together we will explore how different project management frameworks can enhance or derail team performance, improve or erode operational efficiency, and will add or reduce friction during the execution of complex cybersecurity initiatives.
