Kelley C. Gonzales is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and the current Research Information Security Manager for Clemson University’s Division of Research. She served as the Information Assurance Deputy Branch Chief at NORAD and USNORTHCOM, where she ensured security compliance for both classified and unclassified networks, earning EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING ratings during the Commands' Cyber Readiness Inspection. Kelley’s team earned an ISC2 Government Information Security Leadership Award (GISLA) Honorable Mention for cyber risk assessments. With expertise in IT security, program management, and military leadership, Kelley has led large-scale technology initiatives in defense operations and regulatory compliance. She holds master’s degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration and was CISSP-certified during her military service.
